Description
After a short maceration (which gives the typical pink color), the grapes are pressed and fermented in a steel vat. After about 6 months, must from dried Molinara grapes is added to the wine and then bottled without filtering. At the bottom of the bottle is the typical sediment, which gives the unmistakable veil to the wine.
