The Il Salotto winehouse offers wines and sparkling wines of only the highest quality, something which we would not be able to do without our winemakers. Each winemaker truly lives and breaths his or her wines and fulfils that role with utmost class and elegance, characteristics that shine through in our products. Buying wine has never been easier.

DRAGA – FRIULI

Behind the brands Draga and Miklus there are people, as well as vines and fruits.
United by the passion and the experience of several Miklus family generations, Mitja works alongside his tireless parents Anna and Milan and runs the company with his ancestors’ drive and determination running through his veins.

The vineyards are entirely covered with grass and are managed with maximum respect for the environment and above all for the consumer, thereby banning the use of herbicides.

The property extends around the winery, is situated in the best areas of the Collio region and is divided into two plots:

Draga: these vineyards are cultivated in the sunniest area at an altitude of 200 m and have always produced excellent crops.

Breg: these vineyards are located at an altitude of 220 m and surround the winery. They are also exposed to the sun but have to withstand stronger winds that sweep across the land. Conditions in which the most resistant grapes find comfort.
