The winery run by Francesco, his father Giuseppe and his sister Monica, is well worth discovering. They could not differ more from the mega producers who spend all of their time on social media or attending fairs. It is a Langhe family in the truest sense of the word: a lot of hard work in the vineyards and traditional reduction to obtain wines that faithfully reflect the territory and the vintage.
The 8 hectares are spread over several plots of land between Manforte and Serralunga, at an altitude of 250 to 400 m. Due to the many different and large slopes, manual processing is required.
