Description

Deep red color. Intense red color. Light fruity notes (red fruit), Mediterranean plants and herbs. In the mouth it is structured, has a soft tannin (typical of old vines) and a pronounced acidity typical of Barbera.

Foodpairing

Excellent with meat dishes, with roasted veal and potatoes in the oven.
