Le Prefillossera du Theresa Eccher – Over the centuries, Etna has constantly changed the environment around it, with unique features in the world. Thanks to the presence of lava, the soil is incredibly rich in mineral substances, essential for plant life and wine production. Thanks to these properties, the devastating eruption of Fillossera benefits from one of these rare plants. Altero was born.

The color of this wine is ruby red with orange hues. The scent opens with ripe red fruit and then reveals hints of balsamic and tobacco. The taste is elegant, balanced, with a pleasant acid structure and a long aftertaste.
